I think the buy guy watching over them is the akatsuki leader. they seal the jinchyuriki's in them selves i believe meaning.. they each get one making them like super stronger than they arleady are. so they can utilize the abilities of the jinchyuriki.. I have no clue if the huge thing is machina or being.

To answer what you guys were saying, first of all no the guy in the glasses isnt Ebisu (konohamaru's trainer) he is a completely different jounin. If u want to see all the jounin just check back to the chunnin exam arc where most if not all the konoha jounins were shown. He was there in the picture somewhere bout the place, i would love to give you names but i dont think their names were ever clearly stated.

It was a nice chapter though... i dont want asuma to die but at the same time i think he just might have to for the story to move forward and stuff but asuma is too cool to die :(
