what exactly are you trying to accomplish with the website. Cause maybe a blog could achieve this.. check out blogger (http://blogger.com)um you could also check out many free web hosts that are out htere. freewebs.com i thik is one. Warchief is the man you should speak to about this. He'll probably let you know which of the freehost is the best as he's worked with alot of them.

i resent that remark..i am not cheap something is being made available free of cost.....just enough to do what i want...however the time is cming where i need more server space suh eventually i will switch....


but a blog sound more like what you want to accomplish unless you have the patience to tailor your own site. If you can't afford hosting like me then you can probably try www.freewebs.com depending what contents you gonna have on ur site coz you just get a flimsy :
