In a very recent speech given by the producer and owner of Studio Pierrot (the studio that produces the Japanese Naruto anime in Japan) in Vienna he answered a lot of questions surrounding the series, perhaps surprised that so many people outside of Japan were so up to date with Naruto. When asked when the fillers would end he replied: "Naruto will grow in the series. This part... with grown-up Naruto will air Spring 2006 in Japan - there'll also be a new movie next summer. And we are currently working on a movie for Bleach". This means that when the seventh season of Naruto begins next week it will be solely dedicated to fillers, and at the beginning of season 8 (27 episodes from now) we should see the anime following in the mangas footsteps.

The naruto movie wasnt exactly great but it was wicked nontheless. And besides, there is no way the bleach movie can flop. I mean look at bleach the series, its never ending excitement

i have yet to watch bleach anime, i prefer readin the manga. i wonder what will happen when the anime catches up with manga. i hate kishimoto for not givin the naruto anime people the script for naruto. instead thay have to be makin stupid fillers. naruto anime is goin to die because of the fillers. how can a intelligent man like kishimoto not see this

yeah, the anime may die due to the fillers, but I guess he's got his reasons. I don't think that the bleach anime is going to catch up as I think they will be taking a break or something like thatin the near future, not too certain, or a worst case scenario, put in fillers :yuck

their main reason for having fillers is so that the anime does not catch up with the manga. Remember that 1 anime ep may contain 2-3 manga chapters

I watch the anime and I can't fathom what their strategy is. They made Lee-san take off his weights and even do the drunken boxing technique and still get beaten down. Are they trying to make them out to be a bunch of fools?

Rock Lee gave GAARA a hard time when he removed his weights. Rock Lee gave Kimamaro a challenge when he did the drunken fighting technique. Why would an insignificant challenger like Raiga be anything to dispatch.

TO add insult to injury they made Neji the genius get beaten up also. Neji? What is their problem? These guys are the strongest genin group and one guy- who could never stand up to Gaara or even Haku- was allowed to make a mockery of them. Anime stinks.

Even Naruto had a hard time. Three of Konoha's best nins had a hard time with a nobody named Raiga.

Yeh i agree... kishimoto deserves a beatdown for this... the best (at that level) nins in the village, had a hard time against a d00d who naruto at first beat with a simple strategy with rasengan? Come on kishi, i expect better from u

Aight this is really getting on my nerves now. At first i was playing it cool you know.. like its aight. This wont bother me. fillers are okay for those who like em. I just wont download it.. but realy this is really pissing me off. I could strangle kishimoto. dude that's like ep 101 i think... your not to the fillers yet, your only getting to the good part, fillers start at about 126 and suc T_T i can't stand it! I got excited seeing nieji come back cuz i got an amv to him in the worx, and then was crushed, they didn't even use any kewl techs with him or anything, he jumped around kicking teh clones... bout all the nieji action so far, and i hate the artist for tehy're fillers, how bout u guyz? wat's up with the odd style in lips for all the new lame bad guyz that make our fav chunnin seem totalyl lame and worthless but then suddenly use the same techniques to really work the bad guyz -_- its like sum lame saterday morning cartoon.... bring naruto back to anime, meaning good story, kickass action, and less annoying childish humor, say sumthing smart damit!

yea naruto was no filler till ep 136 too, so i wouldn't give bleach much longer till fillers come in, or a sudden ending (like final fantasy unlimited T_T)

yer you can never knowwith anime/ ther are so many factors to cause these things.funding. liscening.and other sorts of suff that i dont give adamn about cause they ruin good anime for me :rant. well i'm kidding i mean they make the anime to make something off it for them selves but its sad when they sellthe anime short for that reason. it really burns me.

episodes like 150-200 are sucky and shippude is behind all of this, i just don't want to die going through them in english and it will kill the series if the put shippuden in english
