If your PC's been humming along under your desk for more than a year or two, I've got news for you: chances are inside that case, half a dozen dust bunnies are dancing around your hard drive, leeching onto your CPU fan and fluttering about your motherboard having a grand old time.

Above quotation is taken from the website. Has some instructions on how to clean your machine - for those who are not so tech savvy. Just make sure you do your stuff with care.

Thanks for the advice. I was scared of opening my PC to clean it, but now I'm confident.

Also to note, you should at least once per year (better every six months or so) get your machine cleaned out. Something that is not often said, but known among some techs is that excessive dirt will cause corrosion in your PC. Then later on when the dirt has caked itself to your circuitry, you'll end up cleaning it and it may not work again. Reason being - you cleaned away the dirt and circuitry, effectively distroying the machine. Hehe. It happens.
