@DK - the album was called "Sickness" *glares at DK* nuh mess wid rock when i'm about, lol

@virus - disturbed are well recommended, however if you're not a usual rock listener then "10,000 Fists" would probably be a better album for you to listen to...it's slightly lighter than the other two albums they have, so it would be a transitional album before you listen to the other two
