TRINITY BLOOD
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v339/rondrae96/trinity2.jpg
In the distant future after the destruction brought about by Armageddon. The war between the vampires and the humans continue to persist. In order to protect the humans from the vampires, Vatican has to rely on other allies to
counter the situation. The protagonist, a priest called Peter Abel Nightroad, travels through the countries as a representative for the Vaticans. However, he is also part of "Ax", a special operations group controlled by the Cardinal Catherina. His encounter with a young girl called Esther will determine the struggle and survival between the human race and the vampires.
Lets take a look at trinity blood from all the key bangles. Animation sound character development and story.
With regard to animation trinity blood is a superb anime, all the right textures are there, the characters are drawn perfectly the art was perfect. The animation of the Methuselah in high speed combat was conveyed perfectly, you can literally feel the speed at which they are moving, and It it looks very vampiric also.
The soundtrack of trinity blood I wouldn’t necessarily call the greatest, but it has its strong points. The opening theme is fair, the ending theme is done entirely in English and sets a sad mood. However there is one song called requiem ~inori which presents it self in one of the later episodes, it ties in perfectly with the story, and what was occurring presently at its introduction into the anime.
Trinity blood’s story is where the flaw in the anime is apparent, there where far too many filler episode. The anime practically begins after the first 10 or so episodes. Only small hints are given towards the real point of the anime before episode 10 or 12, the story really unfolds in the last 4 episodes which makes it feel rushed and is inevitably disappointing to the viewer.
The Trinity blood characters where not entirely original
Father Abel Nightroad – A funny, stupid and clumsy but likeable character who’s really very wise and skilled. He is an agent of the Vatican in the ongoing war between the Methuselah and the orden. Abel Nightroad is like Vash (trigun) growing his hair and putting on priest apparel, both share the same characteristics.
Abel is no normal priest, he is also a creature called crusnik / krusnik ( vampire like creature who sucks the blood of vampires), he uses this ability to aid the Vatican in their war. The origin of the krusnik is not explained in the anime, he has a brother and a sister, Seth and Cain..
Cain has an important role in the story which was hoped to explain or open up more about the krusnik/crusnik species but he gets approximately 2 episodes of screen time therefore it was rushed and not a lot was revealed.
Sister Esther Blanche – a very important character to the story, rescued in the initial episodes by Abel, her role in the story isn’t revealed until near the end however.
Treas the Gunslinger – an android developed by the Vatican looks very human however. If you’ve seen the movie equilibrium you’ll notice a lot of rips in the action sequences they give the gunslinger. He’s defiantly from the school of gramaton cleric’s.
