Are adult fics allowed there, or should I restrain myself to PG-13?

Are these fanfics your own creation?
Because if they are taken from other people or sites, do not place them on the forum... use the Fanfics for stuff you have written.

If you want to recommend someone else's fanfic... make a thread, or request a thread to be made foryou, post the link of the fanfic and say who wrote it, what anime/cartoon/book/movie etc the fanfic was made from and say what the rating is.

The same applies if its a fanfic created by you... give title, genre, what its based off of, and rating.

Yes, the stories I wished to post are my own creations.

(I'm holding off on the adult stuff until and unless someone says it's okay)

We'll let you know if you can post the Adult stuff, but I dont see any problem with you doing that, we're just gonna have to discuss bout how we gonna set up this new section.

Like what is standard and rules (like putting name and title etc), proper grammar (cant be a good author if you cant write properly), disclaimers for 18+ stuff, things like that.

And maybe we can set it up in such a way so that you dont have to upload files, so that itll be easier and neater if youre to copy and paste the text.

So just hold up on uploading your fanfics for a couple days or till monday.

post a disclaimer above the story or at the end of it. which ever you prefer.

RE: the adult thing.. all thumbs up on that.. just make sure its in your disclaimer and the thraed title (the rating of the fanfic)

Shini: I dunno, I've read some actual novels that make me certain they don't have a proofreader at the publishing company.

Death Knight: Could you make it so that longer messages can be posted (at least in the Fanfic section)? The reason I posted the first fic as a ZIP attachment was because doing it the other way would have forced me to divide each of my 3 chapters in half due to the character limit.

@Deathwish: Im talking proper grammer for the fanfic except for the character speeches.

What you probably read were biographies... in which the authors wrote like how they talk.
Or they were stories told like how someone thinks.

I dunno what kinda books you read where they used bad spelling or grammar... those books should be burnt and the writers sent to writing school or something. :p
