I believe you mean "PS2/USB/COMBO, RF. Basically, if what it says is right, it means it can be plugged into your mouse port at the back of your PC (there should be a green [mouse] and a purple[keyboard] connector at the back) or, be plugged into your USB port (or maybe both at the same time for power) and then goes to a RF (radio frequency) receiver, and then your mouse would be cordless.

If you know the brand, like LOGITECH or MICROSOFT, or GENIUS then maybe we could help better. Below are a few links, you can look at them and say if any is close to what you are looking at.

I think it's a type error. There is no PC component called a PS3 connector. And in the link here (http://china-wholesaler.org/computer-peripherals.html) the same mouse MOU-002-2BK is listed as PS4. A PS2 connector link here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PS/2_connector) shows what it looks like.

All PS2 ports look the same. They are only different colored on a PC. On a laptop the connector should look the same, but may be colored black. Some laptops have it as a facility for both keyboard and mice, so they don't color it in any specific color.

Some laptops (newer) don't carry a PS2 connector, as they've all gone USB with everything. As long as this item has USB (which it does) it should be able to work with your laptop. Hopefully it's not bad marketting and it needs both to be connected. Would need to do some more research on that. If you're buying it out here, get some info from the store.
