HELP! I modified the Html in the blog, adding a contact email and copyright notice. After I did this, the sidebar was at the bottom instead of the top. Did I do something wrong, or is that the way its supposed to behave?

no its not supposed to behave like that. revert your template. go and select a new template then setit back to the one you want. all your changes thatyou made to the template will be lost then you can start over.

Never mind..I figured it out.

Wait. It looks normal in Firefox but wrong in IE! ???

After extensive typing and re-typing, I'm glad to say my problem is SOLVED!
