I think he's scared of it.. If i reember correctly the last time ichigo fought with the hollow side [ set up by zangetsu ]. before the hollow left it said take care of him old man zangetsu make him strong that body will be mine someday. I'm thinkign ichigo fears loosing him self completely to the hollow so he tried hard to suppress it. Thats probably the main reason for him having this imbalance in his riatsu at the moment.

Please remember that this form gives Ishida almost unlimited reiatsu... how do you fight a guy with unlimited reiatsu? Dude go back and watch the first bleach episode. She didn't turn her back to that hollow that injured her. She attacked it head on and was bitten over the shoulder. Go back and Verify. Ichigo's strenght which was not that amazing in the initial stages of the anime was very astonishing to her. If she had power of her own in those levels she should ben that surpised. Rukia's been training.

I would think arankaru's going bankai would have to go through the same process as a regular shinigami... lots of training and stuff etc etc.

um 206 shoes whats next to come.. hitsu's bankai is under way frost upon the heavens hyourinmaru. Ikaku's was impressive but i didnt' get to see him do much with it. altho it has no kido arts so i guess it really doesn't get ne fancier than it did.. to think that ikaku is basically on captian level. thats amazing the thing is renji is also there now but i wouldn't compare renji to a captain. still no sure i can put ikaku against one either..

I think i can put Ikaku against a captain.. it seems he has reached Bankai level from LOONG time. To me meaning he has the abilty to better control his bankai then Renji. What i want to know why didn't he use his bankai against Ichi from earlier in the fight? Does he really despise using his bankai that much?!?! Does he find using it a weakness that takes away from his overall fighting ability?!?!

Key thing is this dude ikaku dont want anybody else to know of his ability because releasing bankia require a high consentration of his raitsu hence anybody with the ability to sense raitsu or even know his raitsu will be aware of the level his raitsu can reach (bankai) so to avoid being notice, avoid being push to become captain and to avoid leaving kenpachi squad he refuse to use it :eusa_snoo

Ichigo doesnt have a limit on him lex, remember ichigo isnt a part of any squads. As a matter of fact Ichigo isnt even a full fledged Shinigami, he is just a replacement, So what we are now seeing is really ichigo's no holds barred power.

Yes ichigo was infact referring to hollowgo (as i like the call his hollow side). You can tell its the hollowgo he was talking to because if you look in the corner of his eyes you see that they are becoming dark (the whites of his eyes are becoming dark) which always happens wen he's about to take over.

Ok i see what you are saying about the limit lift requested by yumichika. But when was a limit placed on ichigo's powers? How could it happen if ichigo isnt a part of any squad? and How come it nuh activate yet even though it activate for everybody else?

I think in fact Yumichika is that dangerous because remember his soul sucks away a persons reiatsu, so if he is fighting against an arrankar by the time him done suck reiatsu him probably drain him down to the power of a fly...
But i dont think he was fighting an arrankar, remember him and baldy were together when the arrankar attacked and also remember that in soul society especially in 11th squad only one person fights at a time so he probably gave up the fight to baldy

Yeh limitless this time around your definatly wrong. he has no limit marker on him. cuase if he has one he still hasn't removed it. remember the limit marker is like a seal that has to be broken/removed from the wearer. ichigo has yet to do so, also he was already in the realworld and they didn't expect the arankars to appear on earth so it not like they made ichigo aware of it andtold him about the limit implementation at all.

They never explicitly stated what their goal was. All they said was they were shinigami's who stepped into the hollow realm and according to the freaky looking one, he only wants to help ichigo to control his hollow self.
