1. New doc... Fill it with Orange or Black or whatever color u want.... not white (Alt+Bckspc)
2. Text... "REFLECTION" using arial font (36px, bold)... Rasterize the text afterwards

3. Duplicate that layer.. Drag and drop onto the new layer icon.
4. Image --> Transform --> Vertical.. Move it below the original text.. leave a gap
5. Rectangular marquee, select half of the text --> then Feather (Alt + Ctrl + D) -->10

6. Eraser --> Flow set to 25%
7. Lower the opacity to ur hearts content.... "Reflection layer"

8. Select the background layer, choose the dodge tool and drag it across the reflection, then choose the burn tool and drag it across the actual text.. UR DONE!!
