i am use to creating animation using flash programmes but now i want to know how to create gif animations instead.....i know how to create layers and have the different frames reading for animation from photoshop but i not use to using photoshop image ready which is the tool used to create anmated gifs how do i animate the layers i created?

its good u understand layers..
but creating a gif is simple...in image ready..
just put the pictures u want in order in the "animation pallete"...
then go "save optimised as"
