Go there for all you folks who can't be bothered with the wait time. There are ways to cheat RAPIDSHARE, but personally I can't be bothered. The software can download from RAPIDSHARE with no problems, and automatically waits for the required time to download the files. So I just queue it up and leave, and it will do all the waiting, and auto-download the file without any verification needed by the user. Works with other services as well, see homepage for list.

@ Virus: It's nice to just reconnect to get new IP, but if you run other apps like torrents, and you're a member of certain sites where you want to keep your ratio up, it's tedious. You'd have to quit your transfers and dedicate time to doing that. Imagine having over 50-60 files that are 100MB each that you need to get.........I'm sure you have to sleep sometime. It's more for the persons who have to go to work, and can't be there to reconnect each time. The time spent waiting till you get back home from work, some would have finished from the queue.

Hmm i guess, but for me it depends on the priority of the file. Didnt signup for high speed to "wait".

Some things tek paitence.. e.g emule, i'll leave my pc running for days. But sites like these i'll check back my pc in 15mins to get that new ip.

@ Virus: As I said. Some people actually sleep. If you're going to stay up and download 50-60 100MB files back to back @ ~15min each (15x60=900mins / 15HRS) not counting the 60second wait time (unless U use the javascript hack....) To each his own still. If you have the time, bully 4 U. If you don't sleep, even better. And if you don't work in the days, hurrah. For others who do those functions, having something that will do the download and wait for them, it's a good thing.

The app is for if you're going out, or going to work. If you're going to be there, have nothing else to do that disconnect/reconnect or turn off/on your modem wont disturb, then use that to refresh your IP and get them back to back. If you're going overseas, out of town, or just going to work to come back in the evening, it's better to have it running than to wait till you get back. At least it would have downloaded some in the time frame.

Thank dudes. I've been trying to hack the site for ages. Oh man you guys have no idea. I one point I got frustrated and said "you know what, let me just be patient about it and wait every 1hr to dl a 45mb file" Yep, it was that bad dudes. So this way I don't have to wait @ all and thanks again.

disconnect and reconnect your modem. other option is to use a free proxy program to login using a proxy, therefore your IP will not be the same.

as is said on the page - it depends on what you want.

http://rapidshare.de/en/premium.html

3.00 EUR - 2 days
9.90 EUR - 1 month
24.- EUR - 3 months (~8 EUR/month)
44.- EUR - 6 months (~7.3 EUR/month)
79.- EUR - 1 year (~6.6 EUR/month)

Have fun.

Thats the old server. ppl nowadays using rapidshare.com (http://www.rapidshare.com)

2 days - 4.50 euros
1 month - 6.99 euros
3 months - 16.99 euros (you save 20%)
6 months - 29.99 euros (save 30%)
1 year - 54.99 euros (save 35%)

Comparing it with khat's list you see the difference. But since we're j'can and dont spend euros on a daily:

7 EUR - $650 (1 month)
17 EUR - $1600 (3 m)
30 EUR - $2800 (6 m)
55 EUR - $5100 (1 yr)

For heavy downloaders/bootleggers/hustlers in H.W.T - rapidshare is a must. Torrents are ok but most companies block those ports... while port 80 is open, ddling @ 1MBps has never been easier :D
